PERSONAL TRAINING

 

There is a stereotypical idea of what a personal training session is all about.

My own favourite is a vision of a rather large scary man shouting at me to get down to do more press ups and squat thrusts and then insulting me when I collapse in a heap on the floor!

Thankfully this is not the case.

Our sessions are designed to be fun and functional.

However they won't be easy, 100% Effort is required by both client and trainer.

Personal training can be tailored for almost any need, some examples are:

  • Strength Training 
  • General fitness training
  • Distance running
  • Conditioning
  • Your first charity running event

Each personal training session is an hour long and for maximum results we recommend  2 sessions a week.
