Consultation

The consultation session is an extremely important part of personal training.

It is during your consultation that together we will clearly define, and agree on  achievable goals. If this is not completed with care the end product may lead to you feeling unhappy with your training and could result in injury.

The consultation looks at current lifestyle, diet, sleep patterns and current activity levels.

We then look at what you want to achieve. This is different for everyone. We don't all want to run a marathon or bench 180kg!

Once completed  time scales and goals can be set  and your Tom can the prepare a program in preparation for the next phase -  Your first Personal Training Session.
